Gelling agent extracted from seaweed.
Ingredients: carrageenan (E407) and dextrose.
It enables the preparation of elastic gels and foams.
After gel setting, the gels are able to withstand temperatures below 65°C.
The strenght of the gel is increased when using dairy products.
