Poppy-sesame lollipops

6 lollipops – 10 min preparation – 10 min resting.

  • Sprinkle poppy and sesame seeds over a sheet of cooking paper.
  • Melt 100g decor sugar in a small pan. 
  • When the sugar is melted, let it cool down until it becomes syrupy.
  • Pour onto the plate covered with cooking paper. Then form the desired shape.
  • Place a wooden pick on each lollipop.
  • Let it harden for 10 min.
