Sparkling soft toffees

Serves 6 – 10 min preparation.

  • Grind 10g of icing sugar together with 2g of citric acid and 3g of sodium bicarbonate.
  • To serve, roll each soft toffees in the dry mixture.
  • Take care to remove any excess powder, leaving only a light dusting.
  • 10g icing sugar

  • 3g sodium bicarbonate
  • 1 packet of soft toffees
