Tomato d'amour with poppy seeds

20 pieces – 10 min preparation – 10 min cooking

  • Wash and dry 20 cherry tomatoes leaving the stem. 
  • In a pan, melt 50g of isomalt.
  • Once the temperature reaches 145°C, coat half of each cherry tomato by dipping them in melted isomalt 
  • and then in poppy seeds.
  • Put cherry tomatoes d’amour onto a plate and keep in fridge.
