Tomato d'amour with poppy seeds
20 pieces – 10 min preparation – 10 min cooking
- Wash and dry 20 cherry tomatoes leaving the stem.
- In a pan, melt 50g of isomalt.
- Once the temperature reaches 145°C, coat half of each cherry tomato by dipping them in melted isomalt
- and then in poppy seeds.
- Put cherry tomatoes d’amour onto a plate and keep in fridge.
