Strawberries foam

Serves 6 – 15 min preparation – 5 min cooking

  • In a saucepan, infuse over a gentle heat 10 Tagada® strawberries in 250ml of low-fat milk for 5 minutes.
  • Remove the candies and pour the infused milk in a high-edged bowl.
  • Strongly mixing, add 2g of emulcithine and leaving resting for 5 minutes.
  • Using an immersion blender, air out the mixture’s top to incorporate air. 
  • Take gently out the surfacing foam and serve on top of a strawberry salad.
  • Serve immediately. 

 

 


  • 10 Tagada® strawberries (candies)
  • 250ml low-fat milk
  • 2g emulcithine
  • 1 strawberry salad
