Mint Chocolate
1 chocolate bar – 35 mins preparation – 50 min resting.
- Melt 100g of dark chocolate in a bain marie.
- With a brush, evenly coat the bottom of a mold and let it harden in fridge for 10 mins.
- Keep the remaining chocolate in a bain marie.
- Mix 40g of starch sugar with 30g of mint liqueur (Get27®) and let it rest 10 mins, stirring occasionally.
- Spread the mixture in the chocolate mold and let it rest 10 mins more.
- Cover the chocolate bar with the remaining chocolate, let it harden in the fridge.
