Popping chocolate
Serves 10 – 25 min preparation – 1h cooling.
- Melt 200g of chocolate in a bowl set over a pan of hot water, stirring regularly.
- Once melted, remove it of the hot water pan and let it cool down for 15 minutes.
- Add 400g of popping sugar stirring it in order to coat it with chocolate.
- Spread the mixture on a plate covered with a sheet of baking paper.
- Let harden in a cool place for at least 1 hour.
