This sugar, not flavored, has a less sweetening power than sugar table.The sparkling sugar is used for the purpose of surprising and pleasant crackling produced by gassing CO2. Sparkling sugar crystals placed in the mouth dissolve in the water in our saliva and release trapped CO2.
